TigerEye

Introduction

The TigerEye is AeroMech Engineering's latest turret payload designed for use in small unmanned aircraft. By incorporating a compact design with advanced control and image processing algorithms, the TigerEye represents the next generation of payloads for small unmanned air vehicles.

Modular Payload System

Design of the TigerEye system focuses on simplicity and ease of integration and operation. From its CANBus compliant interface to its Cloud Cap "Plug n' Play" operation, the TigerEye is intended to provide an off the shelf imager pointing and stabilization system with best in class performance.

Advanced Capabilities

Through the use of a scalable, distributed control system, the TigerEye's next generation capabilities have been integrated into a compact, lightweight, and robust package. From innovative DR Drive motion system to the onboard video processing and target tracking hardware, the TigerEye advances the state of the art and provides small UAV developers with capabilities previously reserved for much larger and heavier systems. The TigerEye's advanced capabilities and light weight will enable small unmanned aircraft to effectively perform the job of larger, more expensive unmanned systems.
